LMG’s approach towards mixed use design is to create a flexible and functional space that takes into consideration the residents, visitors, and workers in the area. We aim to create a unique and cohesive environment with plantings that provide year-round visual interest to enhance the pedestrian experience. 

In addition to design, LMG coordinates with property managers and maintenance contractors to ensure public areas are properly maintained year-round.
